Standard Histograms for 8 ADs

Known problem channels (PMT + HV channels)

When adding channels, include OHP bin numbers in addition to other channel identification. Excluding RPCs, bin numbers in OHP Channel Histograms (bin) can be related to FEE boards (slotID) and connectors (channelID+0) through the following formula: bin = (slotID - 2)*16 + channelID. The relation can be confirmed by checking PQM  or ODM . Special operating conditions are noted.
