Let's face it, if it was not for the vermouth, a martini is actually just straight vodka. For straight vodka doesn't be liked by someone who a martini could taste type of severe. The answer is try among the many specialty martinis that are providing them in at martini bars. And one of many tastiest martinis about is the chocolate martini. There are a couple of various ways to make candy martinis and them all are delicious.

Candy Martinis are created with vodka. Gin and candy looks like a terrible thought if you ask me so luckily I've not seen a recipe like that. Many recipes necessitate vodka which will be blended with something chocolaty like Godiva Liqueur or Creme De Cacao. This recipe includes both.

Chocolate Martini Formula

1 1/2 shots Godiva Chocolate Liqueur

1 1/2 photographs Creme De Cacao

1/2 chance Vodka

2 1/2 photographs Half And Half

Add all to a mixer and shake well

Pour right into a chilled martini glass dusted with chocolate powder

The official chocolate martini formula promoted by Godiva is really as follows:

Godiva Candy Martini

1 oz. Godiva Chocolate Cream Liqueur

1 oz. Ciroc Vodka

Move until blended and pour right into a chilled Martini glass.

A Hershey's Kiss is a good garnish for a chocolate martini. I have also seen some bartenders who drizzle chocolate syrup across the rim of the glass.

And if your trying to find an easy way to produce a chocolate martini why don't you try one of those pre-made drink mixes. You should be able to locate a few different mixes at the local liquor store. All you have to complete is add vodka and you are all set. It doesn't get easier than that.

No real matter what recipe you choose you really can not make a mistake. You are combining vodka and chocolate, if you consider it. It'd be hard to make those ingredients taste bad.
