I have been using aerobic work-out videos for about a now, and let me tell you if you've the right setup and the right perspective, they work just as well as a real aerobics class with an expensive personal trainer. Even though many people get cardiovascular movies, and then keep them sitting there, gathering dust, and never do anything with them, many others use them to embark on a wholesome, more lucrative life. What's the huge difference? Why do aerobic videos work miracles for some people, but ticket terribly for others? Let me describe.
