StaticMethod chompUtf8Fragment ($str) -> $str

String truncation may happen in the middle of a UTF-8 byte sequence. This function gets rid of the truncated fragment.

 

ObjectMethod makeAnchorName ($anchorName,$compatibilityMode) -> $anchorName

  • $anchorName - the unprocessed anchor name
